The property provides low density, well designed housing at attainable price points and aligns with our strategy of acquiring stable, cash flowing assets with clear value add potential. Since acquisition, a comprehensive renovation program has been executed, with approximately 80 percent of units fully upgraded and roughly 1,000,000 invested in interior and exterior improvements. Renovations include updated kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, lighting, fresh paint, new roofing, pool updates, and exterior enhancements consistent with the property’s mid century design.
